What is relationship pricing and what does it mean to you?
UP TO 1% LOAN RATE DISCOUNT
Relationship pricing allows you to deduct up to 1% on your loan rates depending on your level of credit union participation
How does this work?
Relationship pricing is based on the services you have with Mt. Hood Federal Credit Union.
You are eligible for .25% discount on each service up to 1% total discount for the following:
1. Membership of 5 or more years at the credit union
2. An ACTIVE share draft/checking account (6 or more transactions monthly)
3. Have an IRA with the credit union
4. Have a share certificate with the credit union (for the life of the loan)
5. Have Direct Deposit, Automatic withdrawal or payroll deduction (counts as one deduction of .25%
6. Have Automatic loan payment transfer
The account or service must already be in existence or set up at time of loan application. The interest rate for existing loans under this program may be increased if any above account or service is closed prior to the loan being paid off.
Certificates may only receive one discount of .25% regardless of the number of outstanding certificates.
